MMG is the Mining arm of MILD Group of Companies based in United Kingdom (UK).MMG is a rapidly emerging exploration company engaged in the exploration of both Uranium and Gold reserve properties in Africa. MMG`s initial exploration efforts in West Africa will focus on both the Gold belts of the Liptako region where the Samira Hill Gold mine is currently in operation., The Company already has two Gold exploration permits approved in this region (These include the highly sought after Tera 1 and Darasalam 1 Permits, both approved by the Ministry of Mines of Niger Republic) and the world acclaimed Uranium province of Agadez closely located to the Arlit Uranium mines operated by Areva the world’s premier Uranium company. The 2 mines operated by Areva in Agadez together account for 10% of the worlds Uranium production.
MMG will attempt to further study the Geological rock formations within the Maraka region where MMG has been awarded a unique concession. As part of our second phase development within Niger, MMG has made applications to further acquire four Uranium Permits with the sole intention of carrying out feasibility studies in order to determine the reserve estimate.
MMG will in the future increase its portfolio of mining projects with investment in other energy sources such as Coal, Oil and Gaswith the aim of increasing current value and shareholders funds.
